Acceptance
Reading the information available on the website and this regulation implies acceptance of all conditions.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 4:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed)

• Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Check-in is carried out independently via a key lockbox.

Mandatory Registration
All guests must register through the link provided by the property before arrival.
Sending documents via WhatsApp is not allowed.
Without registration, access to the property will not be permitted.

 

Prohibitions
It is strictly forbidden to:

• Smoke inside the property

• Use open flames (stoves, candles, etc.)

• Bring unregistered guests

• Organize parties or events

• Move furniture without authorization

• Use the kitchen on the first floor

Respect and Quiet Hours
Guests are required to respect other guests at all times.
Silence must be observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
In case of violations, the property reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.

Cleaning
Guests are required to keep the room in a decent condition and use furniture and facilities properly.
Extra cleaning may be charged if necessary.

 

Breakfast
The breakfast offered is continental.
According to the regional regulations of Lombardy, only pre-packaged products may be provided.
The preparation of fresh food is not allowed.
Any special needs such as allergies, intolerances, diets, or specific requests must be communicated before arrival.
Without prior notice, the availability of alternative products is not guaranteed.

Keys
Keys must be handled with care.
In case of loss, a replacement cost will be charged.

Damages
Any damage to the property or furnishings will be charged to the guest.

Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the property.
In case of violation, the property may refuse access or terminate the stay without refund.

 

Liability
The property is not responsible for theft, loss, or unattended items.

 

Safety
Guests must switch off lights and devices when leaving the room.
Do not leave appliances unattended.

 

Video Surveillance
The property uses a video surveillance system in common areas and outdoor spaces in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
